• Portfolio management exercise
• Participation in tender exercise
• Supervision of site staff

Job Requirements:        

• Member of MHKIH/MCIH/Housing Managers Registration Board with 3 years of experience in property management in Hong Kong
• Proactive
• Experience in tendering would be an advantage
• Good command of oral & written English & Chinese
