Requirements:
-
Degree holder in building engineering, construction, surveying or related discipline

Solid 8 years project management experience in property renovation, A&A, MBIS works and general property maintenance works
-
Strong organization, analytical,technical and interpersonal skills
-
Results and solutions oriented. Ability to meet strict deadlines
-
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for cost estimation, forecast and budget control, quality and program management of projects to ensure objectives are met
-
Review contract terms, contract administration and tender arrangement on building and maintenance works
-
Ensure legal compliance of laws and regulations, familiar with government building procedures and requirements
-
Enhance building quality, safety and add value to the properties
-
To lead the project management, develop project plan and schedule, progress, cost and quality of works
-
Closely monitor all stages of works and preparation of progress reports to ensure the deadlines can be met
-
Supervise the performance of project team, building professionals and contractors
