Job Description

工作職責:

  • 接聽客戶服務熱線,回覆電郵, Facebook, WhatsApp,及時處理未經預約的客戶查詢
  • 根據公司規定適當地處理客戶投訴案件,為客戶提供適當的解決方案,並保持滿意的客戶服務質量
  • 準備客戶反饋報告
  • 處理維修服務、查詢、報價
  • 產品配件銷售和庫存管理
  • 一般的文書和行政工作
  • 完成上級指派的工作
  • 良好的電話態度及問題解決能力
  • 良好的溝通和待人接物能力
  • 良好的中、英文書寫和語言表達能力
  • 熟練電腦工具操作,如MS Word,Excel,PowerPoint和中文打字
  • 具三年零售行業客戶服務工作經驗,當中最少1年電話投訴處理經驗
  • 主動、耐心和負責任;成熟獨立,能在壓力之下工作
