Business Analyst (CRM project)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (CRM project) to join our client's fast-growing team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide system support and handle business user enquires on CRM system and enable business users to perform business operations.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document business requirements. Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the current CRM system.

• Liaise with IT technical teams, including architecture, infrastructure, integration and cybersecurity requirements and specifications.

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and IT Teams to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.

• Work with the vendors to design, develop and implement the solutions that fits the business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

• Have a minimum 5 years of business analysis and project management experience.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on CRM project and system.

• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, functionality, and best practices, with experience working on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or SAP CRM is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirements.

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
