Digital & E commerce Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations including order fulfillment, product listing, product information and promotion updates, inventory replenishment for e-shops and marketplace 
• Prepare E-marketing collateral such as EDM, website banner, social media graphic etc
• Work closely with internal parties and external parties e.g marketing agencies for the assets design according to monthly plan and ensure proper execution of the layout and related digital assets
• Set up processes to improve our e-commerce operations if necessary
• Support to develop the social media presence in China with our digital marketing agency 

Requirements

• 3 years or above relevant experience 
• Experience in E-com or Retail Merchandising
• Able to work independently, under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule.
• Strong entrepreneur mindset.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of online platform & marketplace operations such as product listing, content maintenance, advertisement placement such as Meta / FB Ads, Google Ads, SEO. 
• Good knowledge of WC/LRB is a plus
• UI/UX design is a plus
