Technical Engineer / Software Consultant

Job Description

• Helping Enterprises and Governments implement and deploy our Digital Transformation solutions, and providing ongoing support;

• As Technical Support, you will be responsible for solving customer technical issues concerning their implementation of our software;

• Write unit test cases, including extreme cases, usability, and reliability tests.

Job Skills & Requirements

• College or University graduate;

• 2-3 years working experience in a software house or solution provider is preferred;

• Knowledge and experience in ECM/DMS, BPM and Workflow solutions in advantages;

• Knowledge and experience in Linux & MS products, e.g. Red hat, Ubuntu, MS Windows, MS Exchange, MS SQL;

• Knowledge in Python, Java, Vue and JQuery is preferred;

• Good Analytical and Presentation Skill;

• Experience in writing system documents;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

• Immediate availability in an advantage.

Software/Technical Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Providing Pre-sales and Post-sales of OceanX ECM Suite Digital Transformation solutions to Government  & Enterprises;

• As Technical Support, you will be responsible for solving customer technical issues concerning their implementation of our software;

• Write unit test cases, including extreme cases, usability, and reliability tests.

Job Skills & Requirements

• University graduate; 

• Knowledge and experience in ECM/DMS , BPM and Workflow solutions in advantages;

• At least 5 years of experience IT industry and experience in Linux & MS products e.g. Red hat, Ubuntu, MS Windows, MS Exchange, MS SQL;

• Knowledge in Python, Java, Vue and JQuery is preferred;

• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good Analytical and Presentation Skill;

• Experience in writing system documents;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
