APM/ Senior Engineer / Engineer (MVAC/EL)

About the role

Long Yue Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is seeking an experienced APM/ Senior Engineer / Engineer (MVAC/EL) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems for our clients in the Kwun Tong District.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical expertise and project management for the development and implementation of MVAC /electrical systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Preparing detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
• Mentoring and providing guidance to more junior members of the engineering team

What we're looking for

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in MVAC/ Electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering design tools
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
