Executive / Assistant Manager - Business Development (EMS Industry)

Responsibilities

• Focus on specific market segments to identify and prospect high potential accounts, make new sales contacts, capture new customers to grow business for the company
• Understand the business needs of customers for focused new business hunting
• Execute new product planning and prepare technical sales kits
• Provide support in quotation processes, customer follow up, sales & technical discussion to the overseas Business Development team
• Drive revenue and manage pipelines to achieves sales quota per the assignment
• Conduct market / product research in assigned market segment for business planning
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks if required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering discipline
• Proven sales track record in Electronics Industry or Electronic Manufacturing setting with good interpersonal and negotiation skills to acquire new customers & close deals
• Minimum 2 year experience in sales & marketing, business development, program management and technical background
• Experience in conducting market, product research report and strong in statistics analysis for market data
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and relevant AI tools
• Team player with excellent communication, organization, planning skills
• Willing and able to work under pressure and in global time zones
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, ability to speak any EU language is highly desirable
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
