Ocean Procurement - Pricing Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily rate / tender / RFQ inquiries etc. for FCL and LCL
• Build and maintain the good relationships with carriers and co-loaders
• Monitor contract usage and performance review on each contracts
• Follow up space issues or any other disputes with carriers and co-loaders
• Update the market intelligence on vessel utilization, market research
• Keep daily contact with Sales team for business opportunities
• Generate the monthly report and assist in ad-hoc project assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ High Diploma/ Degree Holder, graduates in Logistics/ Shipping/ Supply Chain is an advantage
• With at least 5 years working experiences in Freight Forwarding Industry or Ocean Liners
• Familiar with Ocean market and products
• Good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skill in both English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS offices and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
