About the Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for business development professionals in Hong Kong to support our expansion. The ideal candidate will be:

You will manage key accounts in international markets and contribute to our mission of growth in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Frequent travel to overseas and to China
• Ability to learn fast on latest RFID and smart card technology
• Ability to conduct market research aligned with corporate strategy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
• Strong logical, meticulous and analytical mindset
• Independent, self-motivated and presentable
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office
• Knowledge and experience in channel or OEM business is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in product and project management is an advantage
• 2+ years working experience are preferred.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Business Development Executive. Fresh graduate with outstanding attitudes can also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Manage key accounts to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to understand customers’ business verticals
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify challenges and solutions
• Participate in international product seminars, trade shows, and conventions to engage market stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure effective workflows and exceed customer expectations
• Develop partnership proposals, negotiate strategically, and close business contracts
• Collaborate with internal technical teams on new product development
