Job Description
Commercial & Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and commercial support
- Attend meetings and take minutes and made weekly marketing reports
- Assist in sales team operation and sales activities
- Prepare quotations for enquiries and carry out price negotiation
- Follow up delivery arrangement
- Update customer information in database
- Responsible for warehouse operation and general office administration works
- Carry out duties and works assigned by directors and managers
Requirements:
- Form 7, DSE or above
- At least 3 years working experience at similar nature of works
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Eager to learn and take up responsibility
- Can work under pressure with tight deadline schedule
- Honest and loyal to company
- Can communicate with spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferable
Salary and Prospect:
- Year end bonus will be offered which makes up to totally 13 months salary per year.
Candidate with good performance can be promoted to Assistant Commercial & Administration Manager.
