Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing full spectrum secretarial and routine clerical assistance to General Manager;
- Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate communication and maintain a smooth daily work-flow;
- Prepare minutes, report, meeting and presentation materials;
- Attend internal and external meetings with General Manager and go occasionally business trip;
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned when required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related disciplines;
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in secretarial support or administrative duties, preferably in sizable organizations;
- Good command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Good computer skills, MS Office and Chinese and English typing;
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint;
- Positive mindset and mature with high sense of integrity and confidentiality;
- Self-motivated, mature, and presentable;
- Travel and overtime work are required;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
