Job Description

Our Client is a leading domestic bank in Hong Kong, who seeking for an Admin Assistant support their daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration support to maintain efficient and proper working environment, e.g. management of office supplies, coordinating with Facilities Management on office arrangement, liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage services subscription etc
  • Coordinate team activities, events, meetings and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects across HR, Learning, Risk & Control, Business Continuity, Facility Management and others.


Requirements

  • Provide executive support to the Department Head, and back-up other executive secretaries during leaves of absence
  • University degree preferred
  • One years' relevant experience preferred
  • Well versed in MS Office
