Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Travel & Document Support:
    Arrange business travel for clients (e.g. flight tickets, hotel bookings);
    Prepare visa applications and other supporting documents;

  • Client Communication:
    Communicate with Japanese-speaking clients via email and phone;
    Issue invoices to clients.


Requirements:

  • Good command of both English & Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Organized and teamwork person


Package:
