Job Duties:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing social media account management team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Oversee the development and execution of innovative social media and influencer marketing strategies to drive client success and secure new business opportunities.
-
Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft compelling pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
-
Ensure the delivery of outstanding service levels across multiple social media channels (e.g., Meta, Xiaohongshu), maintaining high client satisfaction.

Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and client trust.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is a plus.

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in social media, account management, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Exceptional leadership, presentation, pitching, and communication skills, paired with a strategic and analytical mindset for driving team and client success.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team.

Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Account Director.
