IT Support

Responsibilities職責

•   Responsible for computer setup including installation, configuration, migration and maintenance

•   負責電腦設置，包括安裝、配置、遷移和維護

•   Provide support on MS Server / Network & Security Product

•   支援MS服務器/網絡及安全產品

•   Responsible for troubleshooting IT related problems including MS Windows, MS Office, printers, hardware and software

•   負責排除IT相關的問題，包括微軟Windows，微軟Office，打印機，硬件和軟件

•   Administer Active Directory/database servers, Firewall, IP Phone systems

•   管理使用中的伺服器，防火牆和電話系統

•   Execute server backup and restore

•   進行電腦系統的數據備份和恢復

•   Handling of IT procurements and vendor management

•   負責採購電腦設備和聯絡服務供應商

•   Participate in IT projects, system enhancement and maintenance

•   參與IT項目、系統優化及維護

Requirement入職要求

•   Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines, good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

•   高級文憑或以上程度，具有電腦文憑或已修讀電腦證書課程，良好中英文讀寫能力

•   Knowledge of PHP and relational database is preferred

•   對PHP和關聯數據庫有認知者優先

•   Mature, self-motivated and with strong analytical skill, flexible and detail- minded

•   成熟、主動、具獨立處事能力，強適應力及分析力、細心

•   1 year of solid experience in IT support role

•   具有1年或以上電腦支援的經驗

   

Work Location: Kwun Tong ( 5 minutes from MTR station)

 Working hours: (5-day work) Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
