Job Description
職責:
- 負責京滬菜的菜單研發工作,包括構思新產品概念、食譜製作及烹調程序,需發掘不同新食材原料及對其作出測試;
- 編制相關產品配方及制作流程,及研發產品中央生產;
- 負責品質控制, 產品成本預算及控制;
- 負責示範及督導各區總廚有關製作流程;
- 定期了解市場顧客需求及口味取向, 以便作出產品改良;
- 定期到分店檢定制作水平及作提升改善建議.
工作要求 :
- 具不少於 5 年出品管理經驗,如具有京滬菜式餐飲出品及管理經驗為佳
- 學歷不拘、良好的粵語、溝通能力;
- 具備創新思維、開放態度丶靈活應變能力 ;
- 具備有關食品安全及職安健證書
