Job Description

Senior Manager (Wellbeing Promotion and Development (Ref: CPS, TR&D - SM)

Clinical Psychological Services, Training, Research and Development (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

  1. To manage talents and social capacity; facilitate synergy and collaborative networks;

  2. To liaise with government departments or welfare agencies or corporates for training or wellbeing programmes;

  3. To assist in the branding development of Training and Research of the Association;

  4. To provide guidance, supervision, consultation and support to the staff teams;

  5. To assist in planning, consolidating and evaluating existing provision including identifying gap(s) and developing new initiatives; and

  6. To provide project coordination and management with regular project reports and updates.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor or above in Social Work, Education or related discipline;

  2. Minimum 7 years' relevant experiences at a sizeable organization preferably with experience in talent development, capacity building, research, innovation and development;

  3. Experience in designing and implementing programmes;

  4. Ability to enhance efficiency through reviews and make data-driven enhancement;

  5. Proficient in knowledge management and to consolidate practical experiences, users feedback and service trend;

  6. Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua; and

  7. Preferably with experience in proposal writing and project design with strategic thinking competence and good writing and presentation skills.
