Learning & Development Officer (Ref: T&D - LDO)
Training and Development Department (Sham Shui Po)
Responsibilities:
-
To assist in developing courses under Qualification Framework;
-
To assist in preparing course syllabus, course materials and executing training programmes;
-
To assist in planning promotion strategies, preparing and delivering promotion materials to potential customers;
-
To assist in creating development plan for the Association and the Institute;
-
To manage customers’ database, conduct training evaluation and coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to course coordination and development; and
-
To conduct marketing research on new trends and tools.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor or above in Social Science, Education, Health and Rehabilitation or related disciplines;
-
At least 3 years of relevant work experiences;
-
Detailed mined, responsible and proactive with strong project management and communication skills;
-
Be able to work under pressure and independently;
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
