Graduate Trainee - IT Support

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Graduate Trainee for our IT department. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on business application and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and agile IT.

Job Description

• Provide end-user IT support at office and project sites
• Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
• Maintain and enhance IT operational security, ensuring compliance with best practices and company policies
• Handle IT documentation, IT operation reports and ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in an IT-related discipline
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Passionate about finding innovation IT solutions for the construction industry
• Good communications skills in Cantonese and English
• A string team player with problem-solving skill
