Building Services Engineer

Job Description

• Main Contractor, Residential Building;
• Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination;
• Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors / suppliers and government department;
• Monitoring the progress and quality control for BS submission.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience preferably;
• Professional qualification of MHKIE will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations;
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel;
• Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
