Front End & Back End Teaching Assistant.

What You'll Do:

• Teach and facilitate training program and Front End / Back End curriculum delivery

• Monitor learning progress, evaluate and assess students' performances

• Ensure the Instructor stays on pace with the lesson plan

• Research and answer student questions

• Provide empathy, support, and encouragement while engaging students

• Applying knowledge in pedagogy, develop and customize proprietary education materials for students in different regions and age groups

• Assist in the formulation of a content strategy and conduct a learning needs analysis

• Engage with schools to ensure the curriculum’s effective delivery

• Handle ad-hoc duties if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

• 1-3 years of industry experience and/or educational experience in Back End Development/Front End Development/Full Stack Web Development or Computer Science

• Prior experience as a trainer is not required but must be dedicated to developing skills for excellence in instruction and motivated to support learners

• Confident and enthusiastic individuals with teaching experience

• Good communication ability in both Chinese and English

• Deep interest in digital education for all age groups

• Able to work in an international and multicultural environment

• Fresh graduates are also welcome
