Job Description
- Perform tendering and contractual documents review;
- Budge control;
- Cost estimation and variation orders for operating project
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveyor;
- Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers;
- Minimum 5-6 years of quantity surveying experience preferable gained from main contractor / subcontractor;
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
- Working Location : Southern area
