Maintain & enhance investor relations through organisation of Annual General Meeting, Annual Report, Interim Report and ESG Report

Sustain and improve corporate image through the formulation and execution of corporate events, community activities
-
Co-lead the planning processes including consolidation of business plans and programs, monitoring of major projects and preparation of reports.

Effective handling of consumer complaints and media inquiries
-
Create and communicate a favourable Company image with the organisation through production of internal newsletters and formulation of communication guidelines
Requirements:
-
Degree in Corporate Administration, Communications, Translation, Economics, Marketing, Law, Company Secretary or related disciplines
-
About 8 years’ working experience in business planning, public relations, investor relations, event management, brand communications; at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory level
-
Less working experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English and Cantonese (with conversational Mandarin)

Strong project management and organization skills

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
-
Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage
