Regional Sales Manager

Job Opening: Regional Sales Manager – Hong Kong & Southeast Asia

Our company specializes in innovative FMCG products that combine candies and toys, with strong licensing partnerships with global IPs like Disney and Pokémon. We have achieved great success in the China market and are now looking to expand internationally. We invite experienced and passionate Regional Sales Managers from Hong Kong, Southeast Asia to help grow our presence in these markets.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

· Identify and secure new customers; build and expand networks of distributors, retailers, and partners.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, delivering tailored product solutions to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

· Monitor local market trends, consumer needs, and competitors, providing insights to guide product and marketing strategies.

· Organize and participate in trade shows, promotions, and business meetings to enhance brand awareness.

· Travel regularly for on-site market visits, direct customer engagement, and to capitalize on business opportunities.

Requirements:

· Deep knowledge of Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets, with established distributor and retailer connections preferred.

· Minimum 5 years’ FMCG sales experience, with proven success in market development.

· Strong negotiation, customer management, and market analysis skills.

· Fluent in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

· Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to diverse cultural environments.

· Quick to respond and adapt to market changes.
