ESTIMATOR (5-day work) (Plumbing and Drainage)

Job Responsibilities

1. Review tender documents including specifications and drawings for plumbing and drainage works.
2. Perform quantity take-offs for BQ and prepare a schedule of rates.
3. Request quotations from suppliers for materials.
4. Prepare cost estimates based on preliminary tender design drawings and calculations.
5. Conduct tender analysis and compile tender submissions.
6. Respond to queries raised during the tender process.
7. Carry out any other duties assigned in the tendering department.

Job Requirements

1. High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services
2. Working experience in plumbing and drainage works.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficient in Excel.
