Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order process, from preparing quotations and samples to processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the key liaison between the Sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order follow-up and communication.
• Monitor and coordinate all aspects of shipment to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality and Compliance teams to ensure all products meet customer specifications and standards.
• Generate concise analytical reports and tools for management review, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and order forecasts to optimize stock availability.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team for meetings, presentations, and other sales activities.
• Accurately process and track all orders in the company system and maintain relevant Excel records.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably within the Toy industry.
• Proven experience liaising with international sales teams and overseas customers.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with EU and/or US markets is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills, able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with order management systems.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
