$16,000 – $18,000 per month

Responsibilities

Communicate with overseas clients and PRC factories for following up order processing, production status, shipment, quotations, invoices, etc.

·        Prepare and process shipping documents and coordinate with carriers and freight companies for shipping arrangements.

·        Independently manage bank letters of credit and ensure compliance with terms . Resolve shipping discrepancies .

• Ensure product developments/production processes are smooth and accurate information is transferred to all relevant parties
• Handle administrative tasks such as daily issue, and correspondence.

Requirements

HKDSE or High School diploma or above

• With 2-3 years working experience in garment / garment accessories field
• Well organized and good team player
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Chinese typing speed 30WPM or above
• Mature and independent
• Immediate available is preferred
