Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

• A holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in  Quantity Surveying / Engineering or related disciplines with at least 1-3 year's working experience in related
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• Good knowledge of PC, e.g. AutoCad, MS Word, Excel, Adobe
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, proven multi-tasking ability, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Duties

• Assist project management team to handle contractual related issues;
• Responsible for contractual claims and dispute resolution;
• Responsible for sub-contractors and commercial contract administration, cost and budgeting control and cost estimation etc;
• Ensure correspondence and record in connection with the contractual agreement;
• Measure work done by the sub-contractors
• Co-ordination with different departments in daily operationsSite supervision
• Liaise with clients for the progress billing and final accounts
• Back up for budget control & project tendering
• Negotiation with client for variation order and relevant administration work
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
