We are seeking a creative and passionate Product Designer with hands-on experience in designing plush toys, gadgets, or related consumer products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, a good sense of market trends, and the ability to translate ideas into commercially viable designs. You will work closely with the team to develop innovative and trend-driven products from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and market-ready designs for plush toys, gadgets, and related products.
• Research market and lifestyle trends and apply insights to product concepts and designs.
• Collaborate with the product and sourcing teams to refine designs based on feasibility, materials, and production requirements.
• Prepare detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for manufacturers.
• Ensure design concepts align with brand direction, market demand, and production capabilities.
• Review samples and provide feedback to factories to achieve desired quality and aesthetics.
• Create visual assets for presentations, catalogues, social media, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in designing plush toys, consumer products, or gadgets.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production limitations.
• Strong design sense with awareness of fashion, lifestyle, and market trends.
• Proficiency in Mac platforms and design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of basic video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, form, color, and user experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• A good team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
