Property Officer (Residential Property – Tuen Mun)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the site-in-charge in performing the day-to-day management of a sizable residential estate.
• Assist the in-house and out-sourced workers to deliver a high-standard property management service to the residents.
• Assist in conducting defects inspection and takeover for estate common areas.
• Assist in monitoring contractors to carry out maintenance works, improvement works and defect rectification works.
• Mange good relationship with residents; resolve in the handling of emergency incidents, enquires or complaints in a professional manner.
• Carry out administrative duties such as management reports, incident reports, meeting minutes, quotation, tender documents, etc.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Working location: So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Property Management or related disciplines is preferable.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable high-end residential estates.
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Independent, well-organized, and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
