Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, handle incoming and outgoing telephone call, courier and mail arrangement.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the company.
  • Support the team with data entry and document preparation.
  • Help maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Help coordinate company events, including logistics, communications, and materials preparation.
  • Assist ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
  • 3 years relevant experience in office administration duties.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Some accounting experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Pleasant, Flexible, Independent, Self-motivated, Responsible & Team player attributes
  • Competent computer skills; proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
