Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman when required including travel arrangement, schedules appointments, meetings, etc
  • Review incoming mails,  emails and correspondences
  • Coordinate household affairs such as maintenance,  license and contract renewal
  • Flexibility to fix problems during non-office hours when necessary
  • Facilitate ad-hoc projects whenever assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good organization skill, mature, self-motivated, detail oriented, resourceful and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to communicate with both internal and external parties
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Office
  • Knowledge of Japanese is highly preferred
