You'll be bringing these values to us… 

• Support Sales Manager in retail enhancement implementations in terms of ideation, action plan development and result analysis

• Conduct product and pricing analyses as well as negotiations with the principal for the best outcome of MINI product portfolio and pricing structure

• Assist in developing retail strategies to optimize the sales funnel

• Provide support on day-to-day operations and showroom activities to maximize sales and operation efficiency

• Improve workflow streamlining and automation to enhance operational efficiency & experience

• Perform various forms of data analysis and prepare management reports

• Health check on system data records & retail standards

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you are/have… 

• University graduate in any disciplines, preferably in Business Studies

• Minimum 2 years of working experience

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc. and Salesforce is a plus

• Strong data analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive team player who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Posession of valid HK Driving Licence is an advantage

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Sales Officer role
