Brand Ambassador

Job Duties:

- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and build corporate client accounts
- Actively promote the wine brand at events, tastings
- Plan and execute wine tastings, promotional events, and other marketing activities to showcase the brand and engage with the community
- Provide detailed information about the wine portfolio, including tasting notes, food pairings, and production methods
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new wine releases to effectively represent the brand
- Educate staff and partners about the brand products and values to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience

Requirements:

- Ambitious, outgoing and passionate about wine & spirit
- 1-2 years relevant sales experience in luxury product/hospitality/F&B /Wine industry is an advantage
- A deep appreciation for wine and its culture, with the ability to share this enthusiasm with others
- Familiarity with various wine regions, varietals, tasting techniques, and food pairings to engage and educate consumers
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or the wine industry is preferred, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the brand’s message and connect with customers
- Experience in organizing and executing wine tastings, promotions, and other marketing events to enhance brand visibility
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners
- WSET certification or similar qualifications are a plus, demonstrating a commitment to wine education and expertise
