Senior Technical Engineer/Technical Engineer (ELV)

eTrinity is a fast growing supplier for ELV systems especially in CCTV and Network solutions in Hong Kong. We have close business relationship with most of the major local ELV contractors. Our end users come from different industries such as financial services, telecommunications, utilities, transportation etc. Due to our growing business, we are expanding the technical team to handle potential opportunities.

Job description:

• Manage and ensure successful project execution, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support to clients
• Good troubleshooting skills for system configuration and equipment connection.
• Configure equipment (e.g. cameras, NVR, network switch, storage, server) for customer
• Provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual to customer
• Test and evaluation new product and systems, including AI and video analytic applications

Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Security or ELV technical support/system installation
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Be self-motivated with good communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese/English/Mandarin
