Building Services Inspector (BSI)

Experience of large scale projects and at least 10 years overall experience is considered essential for this post. Minimum 6 years must have been in the capacity of a Resident Building Services Inspector. Such experience must include medium to large scale commercial projects.

• Diploma, High Diploma or Higher Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), or equivalent.
