Digital Marketing Officer/Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Officer/Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns while supporting clients with market insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance on channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics; prepare detailed performance reports.
• Identify market trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Handle social media patrol and manage social media properties (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a digital marketing agency.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, and Facebook/Instagram Ads is highly favorable.
• Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Digitally savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.
• Good command of English and Chinese, especially with bilingual copywriting skills.
