Operation Supervisor, Air Freight

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee air freight and e-commerce business arrangements.
• Develop relationships with carriers and co-loading businesses in alignment with the local, regional, and global account strategy to meet growth and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team to explore new business opportunities and develop solutions to expand our e-commerce market.
• Oversee air export documentation, cargo planning, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain and improve profitability margins by working with product and operation teams.
• Support RFI/RFP/RFQs by identifying the focus and targets of the RFQ strategy.
• Ensure KPI compliance.
• Support any ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or higher.
• At least 5 years in the freight forwarding industry, with specific expertise in co-loading management and e-commerce linehaul operations.
• Proficiency in airline operations, space control, and charter handling. Experience with the CargoWise system is essential.
• Dangerous Goods Certificate holder preferred.
• Strong background in flight capacity planning, operations, and procurement.
• Extensive understanding of local compliance requirements and the workflow of airlines, cargo terminals, and co-loaders.
• Established relationships in the HKG and South China market with master loaders.
• Visionary leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of both Chinese and English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
