Responsibilities:

Assist to manage and handle daily leasing matters of a mixed property portfolio
-
Handle leasing enquiry, leasing negotiation and co-ordination with internal and external parties
-
Conduct market research, data analysis, reports compilation and leasing deck presentation
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Property / Facility Management, Surveying or related disciplines
-
Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail property leasing
-
Experience gained from property developers will be advantage
-
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
-
Proactive, positive work attitude and willing to work under pressure
-
Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing
-
Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
-
Immediate available is highly preferred
