Senior Investment Analyst (Real Estate Investments)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, business performance reviews, and investment analyses on potential and existing real estate investments in the United States, including in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modelling, asset valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor investment performance and prepare regular updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, conduct market analysis, identify risks and opportunities that may impact investment decisions
• Maintain a database of market data, benchmarks, and comparable transactions.
• Coordinate with finance, asset management, legal and tax to support investment and business activities.
• Ad hoc assignments.
• Occasional travel to the US may be required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above; holder of CFA or CPA will be advantages
• 4 years relevant working experience in investment/ financial analysis, preferably in the US real estate
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and excel
• Well-organized and detail minded, ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Immediate availability preferred
