Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential operators, fostering relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the attractions industry, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Membership Growth

  • Prospect New Members: Identify and engage potential members through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Present membership benefits and features to prospective members, effectively communicating the value proposition.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members to enhance retention and satisfaction.

  • Provide Support: Address member inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the membership journey.

Marketing and Outreach

  • Participate in Events: Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities to promote membership and raise awareness of our organization.

  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting new members.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain Records: Accurately track and record sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system.

  • Report Performance: Provide regular updates on sales performance, member feedback, and market trends to management.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in membership sales or a similar role.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1)
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
