About the Role...

Identify new business opportunities/ channels based on customer preference, competitor activities and market trends.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.

Work with cross functional teams to develop and execute store activation plans and promotions.

Collect and analyze market intelligence to provide new insights, business solutions and support.
-
Manage channel sales performance - provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
-
Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
And The Person...
-
A degree holder in any discipline, preferably on business/ marketing field
-
5+ years work experiences, preferably in FMCG/ retail key account management
-
Result-oriented, team player, able to work independently under stress, with a strong problem-solving mindset
-
Strong project management and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Chinese and English (both spoken & written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Business Development Manager
