Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • F.5 HKCEE or HKDSE or above(Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field is a plus)


Experience:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in general office, clerical, or administrative work (fresh graduates will also be considered with the right attitude)

  • Experience in handling documents, data entry, and basic inventory/packing is an advantage
  • Familiarity with customer or supplier communication is a plus


Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of Englishand Chinese(Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

  • Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Positive working attitude, responsible, and a good team player
  • Able to type Chinese using 倉頡, 注音, and 速成, etc.
