Leasing Manager

Job Duties:

• Lead and motivate sales to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
• Prepare contracts for both B2B and B2C clients while ensuring compliance with legal terms.
• Provide attentive service to existing and potential clients to foster long-term relationships.
• Assist to develop, solicit and maintain business for Corporate and Long-Stay as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
• Manage and develop accounts from Short-haul and Long-haul DMCs, Airlines, Airport related service companies and room-only groups across all markets.
• Collaborate with TMC consortia to expand business opportunities through GDS channel penetration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to explore strategies for promoting the accommodation and enhancing brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales or apartment leasing, preferably with hotels or property developers.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing for effective work management.
• Strong business acumen with experience in the corporate sector, particularly in handling long-stay segments.
• At least 4 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.
• Knowledgeable in hotel management systems and eager to explore software solutions to enhance room sales and user experience.
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Leasing Officer
