Your Role⚡:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally (prior customer service experience is a plus)
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process for seamless operations
Support daily sales activities and admin tasks
Manage social media and other marketing channels
Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed

Who We are Looking For✅:
Attentive to details, responsible, and a personable team player
Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
University graduate with 2 years of relevant customer service experience
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Knowledge in fine wine and whisky is a bonus
Immediate availability is highly preferred
