Sales Executive (AV/IT Industry)

Job Description:

• Follow up quotation, hit sales targets, generate new business and sales revenue for the company
• Maintain a strong relationship with all customers assigned and develop new customers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast to management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Communications / Marketing / Engineering / IT or related field is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales representative or related field is preferred
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong business sense, energetic, willing to work under pressure, self-motivated, creative and open minded
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
