Sales Coordinator (Automotive Products)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator (Automotive Products) to join the dynamic team at Tecstar Limited, a leading provider of high-quality automotive products. In this full-time position based in Sha Tin District, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinating the processing of sales orders, from initial enquiry to final delivery
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking order status
• Assisting the sales team in generating quotes and proposals
• Collaborating with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
• Providing administrative support, such as generating sales reports and updating customer databases
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of sales strategies

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
