Operation Officer (Local Distribution)

About the role

Tecstar Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Officer (Local Distribution) to join our team in the Sha Tin District. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our local distribution operations, ensuring the seamless flow of products from our warehouses to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and generate sales reports and stock analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Assist in preparing basic accounting reports such as profit & loss statements

• Coordinating and facilitating the local distribution of products to customers within the assigned region
• Managing logistics, including order processing, inventory tracking, and delivery scheduling
• Providing customer support and handling inquiries related to orders and deliveries
• Collaborating with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all distribution activities
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in a sales coordination or logistics role, preferably in the distribution or wholesaleindustry

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order processing and inventory management

• Basic accounting knowledge such as LCCI Level 2 or above is highly preferred

• A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle the dynamic nature of the distribution operations
