Assistant Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of all quality functions performed by our contract manufacturers and downstream suppliers.
• Monitor, analyze and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing quality to ensure demonstrated success in production yield and consistent good product quality performance.
• Drive in-depth root cause analysis for quality issue, developing corrective and preventive measures.
• Perform quality due diligence and risk assessment through regular factory assessment and close loop follow up on CAPAs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality-related matters across NPI stages and aftermarket.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quality / Electronic / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years practical Quality Engineering experience in consumer electronics / wireless products / TV manufacturing OR substantiate relevant work experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry.
• Sound Knowledge in international Safety & Regulatory Compliance included RoHS, REACH, POPs, CA Prop 65, UL requirements, etc.
• Familiar with Quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and six-sigma methodology, etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin).
• Good communication and presentation skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Familiar with AI applications will be a definite advantage.
• Travel to PRC and oversea factories is needed.
